As Covid was running rampant and with multiple markets involved; this project needed to be executed digitally. As the lead agency for the US portion of this project we not only identified and recommended the best markets in the US to research, but also identified and coordinated the partners best suited to support the project from both a capabilities and financial point of view.
Walking into the kickoff of this project we ensured our client that they were not only receiving the highest quality recruits in optimal markets, but managed the entire project budget, to ensure they would not incur cost overruns.
As we kicked off, our client decided to use the LRI respondent matrix as a guide for the rest of their partners, as it was clear and informative. With multiple stages including journaling, online activities and focus groups, there was a significant amount of respondent communication to manage, and we did it with ease. The overall success of this project came through the experience of our team and our ability to lead third parties.
